Pimento Cheese

What the heck is this stuff? I have two giant containers of it in my fridge. It was a free after coupon purchase. Now, granted I haven't made many of these types of errors. I try always to use my coupons for things we will eat. I had good intentions with the pimento. It sounded like something cool to try. Does anyone know what to do with it? Please help so I can maintain my solid recommendation to only buy what you will eat!

It seems like I've heard of pimento sandwiches. And my brother's old girlfriend always ate it on celery at Thanksgiving or Christmas or something. That's all I know.

If it's in a jar, it can be used as an ingredient in yummy twice baked potatoes.

And, yes, you have readers... we lurk! :)

You never had pimento cheese sandwiches growing up??? It's just a sandwich spread- but I like the potato idea, too.

Piminto Cheese is a cheese spread. It can be used on sandwiches, crackers, potatoes, or in casseroles. When I was a child my parents fed that to us all the time. It works if your hungry. Not my favorite. Enjoy. Let me know if you eat it and what you think of it.
